Batoul Yaghi
Batoul Yaghi is a self‑taught Lebanese abstract impressionist whose work explores the intersection of emotion, memory, and form. Having lived in Beirut, London, Miami, and Dubai, she absorbed diverse cultural influences that shaped her distinctive artistic voice.
Her practice is defined by a recognizable signature style: large canvases marked by bold strokes, delicate details, and balanced splashes of color. Yaghi coined the term “Mindscapes” to describe her paintings, visual blueprints of mental landscapes that translate intricate thought processes into aesthetic form.
Strongly influenced by the 20th‑century movement of art that emphasizes inner expression over external subject matter, Yaghi’s works are described as both purposeful and captivating, often leaving a lasting impression on viewers. She embraces the spirit of action painting, yet tempers spontaneity with intent, creating compositions that feel both dynamic and structured.
Her career has been marked by international exhibitions across Miami, Beirut, London, and Dubai, and her works have found homes in private collections worldwide. Critics and collectors alike praise her ability to merge romantic elements with expressive abstraction, producing paintings that enchant and provoke reflection
